Effective Date: 1 May 2026 | Last Updated: 8 May 2026
Soccer Bet Predictions is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress, emotional harm, or addiction. This page provides resources, self-assessment tools, and contact information for national helplines across all four of our markets.

National Helplines
If you or someone you know needs help, contact the responsible gambling helpline in your country:

Tips for Responsible Gambling
- Set a budget: Decide how much you can afford to lose before you start, and stick to it
- Set a time limit: Decide how long you will spend gambling and stop when the time is up
- Never chase losses: Accept that losing is part of gambling. Walking away is always the right move
- Don’t gamble when emotional: Avoid placing bets when you are angry, stressed, or depressed
- Take breaks: Step away regularly. If you struggle to stop, that is a warning sign
- Balance your life: Gambling should not replace hobbies, socialising, or family time
- Understand the odds: The bookmaker always has an edge. Predictions are for entertainment, not guaranteed income
Self-Exclusion
Most licensed bookmakers in our supported markets offer self-exclusion tools. If you need to take a break from gambling:
- Contact your bookmaker directly and request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion
- In South Africa, you can register on the National Exclusion Register through the NRGP
- Many bookmakers also offer deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders
Underage Gambling
Gambling by anyone under the age of 18 is illegal in all of our markets. Parents and guardians should take steps to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. We recommend using parental control software such as Net Nanny or CyberPatrol.
