MWOS Branches Zimbabwe: Full Branch Locator and Location Guide (2026)

Moors World of Sport, known universally in Zimbabwe as MWOS, has grown from a single-shop operation founded in 2013 into what is now the largest retail sports betting network in the country. With branches spread across Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Kwekwe, Marondera, Mvurwi, Chitungwiza, and dozens of suburbs and smaller towns, MWOS has become a fixture of the Zimbabwean high street in a way no other bookmaker has matched.

This guide lists confirmed MWOS branch locations by city and region, explains what you can do in-branch versus online, and covers the key things to know about MWOS as an operator before you walk through the door.

About MWOS

MWOS was founded in 2013 by Richard Moor, whose family had a long history in Zimbabwean horse racing. The company is operated by SunBets (Private) Limited and holds a licence from the Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe. Headquarters are in Harare. The company employs over 400 people across its branch network and online operations and has expanded beyond Zimbabwe into Zambia and Malawi.

MWOS is also the owner and main sponsor of MWOS F.C., a football club based in Norton that made its Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League debut in March 2025. The club’s entry into the PSL has raised the brand’s visibility significantly among football fans, which is worth noting if you are betting on domestic Zimbabwean football through the platform.

What You Can Do at an MWOS Branch

Physical MWOS branches serve multiple functions beyond simply placing a bet. You can:

Deposit cash (USD, ZiG, ZAR) into your MWOS online account at any branch. Withdrawals work by generating a withdrawal code on your account online, then presenting that code alongside your account details at a branch to collect cash. This is why the CBD branches in Harare and Bulawayo tend to be busier: they serve as effective cash-in, cash-out points for the online platform, not just retail betting counters.

You can also pick up printed daily fixture sheets, use self-service terminals where available, and use the MWOS booking code system: generate a bet on the MWOS website without logging in, receive a booking code, and present that code at any branch counter to pay cash and confirm the bet.

MWOS Online and Mobile App

For bettors in areas without a convenient branch, or for anyone who prefers not to queue, MWOS operates the platform at betting.co.zw with a full Android mobile app available for download directly from the MWOS website. The app covers the full sportsbook, virtual sports, jackpots, and live casino. EcoCash and InnBucks deposits are supported.

Responsible gambling: MWOS operates a responsible gambling programme called MWOS One Community. Bet within your means. 18+ only. Licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe.
